Anyone know where I can get a replacement?

maybe try to get a dead 39G/49G from eBay?

Alternative: Buy a 49G+, which comes which comes with a serious leather case ;-)

The 49G and 39G use the same sliding cover. So one answer would be to buy a 39G on eBay (available new for $20-25 plus shipping). A little expensive for a cover, but then you have a great back-up calculator (without cover!), equivalent to the TI-83. Maybe somebody else has a much better solution.
