HP28 question
Message #1 Posted by Colin Lambert on 18 Oct 2003, 8:12 a.m.

I recently bought a HP28s and wonder if anyone can advise on the folliwing.

Using the manual I have been able to change display format to have a full stop for the decimal point rather than a comma. However can I change the display to show 'thousand seperators' eg I will get 3,000,000 rather than 3000000. As you will hopefully appreciate the former is much easier to read and take in, especially for my aging eyes and brain. The manual makes no reference to this issue but I can't believe that the older calcs HP 11, 41, 42 etc make this display available but the 28 doesn't appear to.

Thanks
