hp 65 reader

Does anybody can help me with connection diagram for HP65 card reader head.
4 of 5 wires on my card reader came loose.
The colors of the 5 wires are: black, red, orange, yellow and blue.
I can see three of the wires go to a 20 pin IC (pin 7, 8 and 9).
