Are all original 32s boxes like this ? I mean : with the cut-out window that shows the calculator inside the box ?

Not sure about all of the 32s models. But my 32sii is in a similar box with the cut-out window. The manual on the 32sii is not spiral bound.

Terry,

Thanks for posting. What are the year and country of manufacture of your 32SII ?

Renato,

The serial number is 3318S02823. Made in Singapore.

I have a second 32sii purchased as a back-up unit. The serial number is 3339S87868. Also made in Singapore.

These units were purchased together new. I'm not sure how to interpret the serial numbers to indicate year of manufacture.

The 32sii is a very useful calculator. I keep the back-up unit in the original box, but use the other unit almost everyday.

Terry, First two digits + 60 is year of manufacture - yours are 93 units. Second+third digits give week in that year. See http://www.hpmuseum.org/collect.htm#numbers

Yes.

I noticed on the 32s box previously discussed, the box depicted a left hand holding the calculator.

Terry,
