I have delt with these folks when they sold new HP 41 supplies, and have purchased a rebuilt battery pack for my 82143a printer. These transactions were all without any difficulty. I will probably have my 41 battery pack refurbished by them, as the pack needs the nicads replaced, and they indicate they have some sort of replacement cells available.
I do not know their repair record for fixing 41's.
