HP45 Power Supply Defect
Message #1 Posted by Thomas Winterling on 19 Jan 2000, 5:15 a.m.

Hello,

I have a problem with the power supply of my HP 45. The output voltage is not correct. Only some mV. If you have an circuit diagramm, please send it to my E-Mail Address. I would be very happy!!! Thank you.

Best regards.

Thomas,

Open up the charger and check the output voltages there. I should be ~5.1VDC and ~17VDC. The wire to the charger plug is usually what breaks. It usually breaks right were it goes into the plug. No, there are no replacement cords. Your only option is to carefully cut the plug apart and try to reconnect the wires.
