HP 28 S

I have a HP 28 S and a HP 28 C.The scan funktion in catalog and units is not aktive in the 28S model.(The funktion works ok except scan) The calculator is ok (no fail)When i run test. BUT the test runs a lot faster then 28 c. Any ideas???
