plotting points on the 48

Does anyone know if there's a way to make the gx plot coordinates only (i.e. entering an nx2 matrix), like on a spread sheet? I've been through both manuals but i can't find anything. I could write a program to do it, but i'm probably just blind and missing it. but if you know how or have done it, please let me know. thank'ee.
