Update of ILper to v2.22
Just a small update of ILper to v2.22 available at http://hp.giesselink.com.

I just got a report that the CAT 2 output of a HP41 don't work properly in connection with the printer simulation of ILPer.

A deeper analysis showed, that this happen with HP82160A printer ROM versions 2C and 2D (also expected on other earlier versions) but not with the most common version 2E.

Normally a line end is done by the two charcters CR (carrige return) and LF (line feed). The HP82160A printer ROM versions 2C and 2D are using a LF + CR (reverse order) which work properly on a mechanical printer but not in connection with the Generic Printer in ILPer.

As workaraound ILper v2.22 now ignore the CR character and do the CR LF now when receiving the LF character. This is no real disadvantage because the Generic Printer was not able to handle a single CR, only in connection with a following LF.

I also published a new version of ILCtrl v1.14, which now has the same scope setting (out/in) like JFG original VB implementation, but with the extended connection capabilities with the auto baudrate selection of 9600, 115200 and 230400 baud for the PIL-Box and TCP/IP support for Virtual HP-IL.
