Is Geometry.Instruction(n) buggy?
hello everyone

I kept playing with Instruction() and noticed that adding a String to the command table is not possible. Giving an error when Geometry app is active.

with Geometry App active
Geometry.Instruction(1):="x" ---> "Error:Invalid Input"

with other app active, say Function
Geometry.Instruction(1):="x" ---> table(1 = "x"), but when going to Geometry/Symb there is no entry visible.

If n==0 Instruction(0) should append a String to the list.
Now Geometry.Instruction(0):="x^2" ---> table(1 = "x", 0="x^2"), still nothing visible and also "Error:Invalid input"...

Is there a chance I did not understand Geometry.Instruction(n):=STRING correctly or do we have to consider that one buggy?

Possibly... try creating the instruction in sequence (in CAS view).

Assuming that there are no instructions; or simply use DelInstruction to clear it all.

Instruction(1,2):="GA"; // name it GA
Instruction(1,3):=plotfunc(x^2); // define it to plot x^2

Hit the plot key.

Cool! Sequential entry works, so interaction with Geometry App is at least possible. Hopefully I'll find some time to enhance my programming skills and start working on a frontend for plotting functions and expressions from cas that suits my desires.
