Today's acquisition
I bought this manual adding machine today for $20.
It displays up to $99.999.99. The 10 cent column was stuck, so I partially disassembled it, the number wheel for that column was gummed to the shaft. Some cleaning, lube, and a lot of trial and error, it is back together and works the way it should. Information: Precise Development Co. Inc. Made in Chicago, USA Patent No. 2402549 Other Patents Pending The knob on the front is the stylus for number input (much like an Addiator) and the side lever resets the display to zeroes.
