RE: Issue with a post where the edit button cannot be seen
I just checked (with both FF & Chrome) and all buttons are visible and normal, so it's something unique in your configuration. Do you have odd extensions loaded?

Try to force a reload (via Ctril-F5 in FF) and see if that improves?

If no better, please take a screen shot of the button area (lower right, just below the message box) and send it to me via PM or email.

The post with the wrapped code dont show the "Edit" button. See picture in attachment.
The Ctrl F5 in Firefox had no effect.

I think you need to use the bottom scroll bar to scroll the content a long way over to the right to see the buttons. This is because the code section contains an exceedingly long line of text that cannot be wrapped. (The line immediately after the diagram begins with '#' followed by 861 spaces.)

Yes, it's exactly as jabbott^ says. The edit button is there, you simply can;t see it because it's off the screen, still under the far right edge of the message window, which is off screen because whatever you pasted in there has extremely long lines of blanks.

Thanks. Yes, I found the scroll bar below.
Post updated.
However, I could not find the "extremely long lines of blanks". But yes, few lines are more than 80 characters. However, the job is done.

It's the line below this:
Code:
#                            +--+  shutdown button

You can easily see it if you switch to the printable view and select the whole page.
