SR-52 052418 LTA1776 : card reader wheel size

Hi everyone
we are restoring another SR-52,
this had a card reader wheel intact, although very gummy, almost liquid ...
Nevertheless we have been able to get sizes, outer diameter, inner diameter, thickness
So if is going to be of use for someone ...

At the moment we are using a silicone tubing with an ID of 4 mm and an OD of 8 mm,
and it works, but something close to an OD of 8.5 mm should probably be better
The problem is that growing the outer diameter also the inner diameter tends to be bigger ...
Any suggestion is welcome as always !
