4095 registers on HP-41CV ???

Anybody ever saw that?
   
Found on an ebay.de listing.
Asked the seller but he doesn't know how it came.

The maximum theoretic addressable RAM registers are 4096, but the 41OS only support 1024 and only these registers can exist: status (16), main (320), extended (603)
The calculator is probably in a bad state, do a Memory Lost, then do a SIZE 000, then go into program mode, you should see 319 registers.
