(42S) Shockley Diode Equation (solver program)
Solver program of the current vs. voltage of a p-n junction diode (Shockley Equation)
ID: diode current (Amps).
IS: saturation current (Amps). 1e-9 for Silicon.
VD: diode voltage (Volts).
N: quality factor (n=1 ideal diode, 1<n<2 real diodes).
T: temperature (Kelvin).

RE: (42S) Schokley Diode Equation (solver program)
Is that a Schottky diode or Shockley diode?

A Schottky diode is a metal-semiconductor diode with a low forward voltage drop and a very fast switching speed. Shockley diode equation is meant just for regular p-n junction diodes, AFAIK, but it seems to be adapted for other diode cases:

My too-subtle point is that you've misspelled Shockley.

Might be some sort of dyslexia. Thanks for letting me know. I have corrected the typo in my posts.
