I'll bet that could be done in software.

There are commercials all over the evening cable channels for copper-infused gloves, socks, back supports and so on. The copper is supposed to have the magic mojo to take your pain away. So, like BillBee says, there's one born every minute. I will give the folks behind this some credit though for coming up with a really clever way of parting a fool from his money Smile

I find that painting my toenails with DeoxIT Gold makes the socks work even better!

I think you’re all wrong. Someone very clever and who knows that waves reharmonization is good for our health made this incredible discovery: old 128Mb USB sticks from this manufacturer are able to reharmonize 5G waves. Of course, everybody wants one, but there aren’t enough, so the prices increase.

You cannot prove I am wrong.

Sadly, you are most likely correct as far as perception goes.

I got some copper socks on the Canaries 2 years ago, expensive but good quality.

DeoxIT Copper infused is more soothing to the aching ICs.

I remember a nice old gentleman during my youth that would have appreciated this. He yelled something similar at me when I asked how the tin foil hat would protect him from the falling Sky Lab. (Those were good times)

There is a silver lining
If the original supplier still has 128MB USBs stuck in a warehouse somewhere, maybe they have 128MB or smaller SD cards lying around that can be used in HP50g's?

(I know you can format larger ones to be small, but it's a pain)

Nah, the 50G will use up to 2GB SD Card media (formatted as FAT32 on PC, but the full 2GB is still supported, even though all the 50G programs ever written wouldn't fill it)

Yes, there's a top & a bottom.

However not chiral, a good move, allowing foot swapping & thus spreading wear in toe area over whole of relevant toe surface, possibly doubling useful life.

Yes, there is hope for the world, although humanity & USB sticks may prove to be dead ends.

Preferably FAT16 for speedier power up. Sure, the small files will waste a lot of space on a 2GB FAT16 with 32KiB clusters, but you're unlikely to fill it anyway.

Good tip that I've read, though I can say I've never noticed a lag on start either way, of course I've never had more than about 30-40 files.

It's actually the number of clusters in the FAT that define how long it'll take for the calculator to start up, not how many files there are. It's probably less noticeable on smaller cards, but with a 1GB or 2GB card formatted as FAT32, it does take noticeably longer to start up than if it is formatted as FAT16.

There are only 10 types of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those who don't.
