Charger 82069B 110V version
This also showed up today repairing our HP19C.
I was not expecting a European prong in a 110V version.
We connected it to a 220V outlet and it produced about 20V AC output
We connected it to a 110V outlet provided by a US/EUR adapter and it produced about 10V AC output

Sounds about right for output voltages. Double the input, the transformer will give double the output. However, the transformer might not be rated for 240V operation and 20VAC might damage the 19C

Best to use it with the 110V adapter.

cheers

When I was a teenager I remember we had to use an electric adapter while we stayed for holidays in Italy ...
Didn't Italy use 110 V in the mid 70's? Not sure adapters were necessary due to voltages or due to different (to German) plugs ...

Yes, we did have both 110V and 220V.
I remember you had to be sure where you plugged things ;-) at least when I was a boy, In Rome; I've never seen 110V here in Milan.
