Before I walk down to the, err... "archive room" and try to find the Standard Applications book that came with my early (tall key) 41C: maybe someone has it at hand and can look up this program.

But even the website you linked to says this:

Quote:The answer is labeled and displayed when the value of the function is less than 10^-10 closer tolerance can be obtained simply by keying in a different value when the program is entered.

But again: checking only the function result is a bad idea.
