please, read the post above, that I've edited now...
In my book some examples have polar form, so I was confused with the bounds...

That integral become from z=x^2+y^2, x=u, y=v, z=u^2+v^2 integrated in a circumference with center in 0,0 and radius 1...

Your code works!
Also is right:
sfint('z/(√(1+u^2+v^2))', [u,v,u*v],[0,1],[0,1]) -> 1/4
