To get 71 matches, first half must have 50 blues.
Tried 5 runs of million random samples, P(first half has 50 blues) ~ 14.84%

The other half guaranteed 50 blue balls, but only 1 combination work. (when first half = second half)

P(71 matches) = 14.84% / nCr(70,50) ~ 9.17e-19
