HP 50G Zero Key Registers On Release
On the HP 50G, I'm seeing that the zero-key doesn't register until it's been "released", while the other number keys register immediately when pressed.
I've been using the 50G for years now, and hadn't noticed this behavior until today, after enabling "Key Click" (MODE->Key Click, "Beep" has to be enabled as well for the key click to sound). The audible "click" doesn't sound until the key registers, which is on release for the zero-key, so to me it seemed like zero had a noticeable input lag; I.e. lag from key press to audible click. Can anyone else confirm this behavior on their 50G? And, anyone know why functionally the zero-key would register on release, while the other numbers [1, 9] register on press? |
