Certainly we pushed the HP-30b to its limits with the WP 34S.

Assume you meant the HP-35S. Wink Then I'd prefer to have a stab at the HP-17bii Silver - it returns the LCD of the HP-42S at least and it's keyboard fits my needs better than the one of HP-35S. It would allow for softkeys which the HP-35S can't support to the same extent. I don't know, however, about its ROM and RAM. Anyway, all such thoughts are even thinner vapourware than the 43S.
