This one we've been unable to reproduce with any systems. Is it a specific help topic? All of them? Does anyone else see this behavior? Thanks!

I can confirm this happening on both iPad 4th generation and iPhone 6S. Any help text where the text is larger than one page, it is not possible to scroll down.
