Raw addresses, without symbolic debugging information, are basically undecipherable
Unless you didn't use install_hplp.sh, I don't understand why debug info is missing: install_hplp.sh explicitly passes -g3 among the CFLAGS to configure, triggering generation of a fairly high amount of debug info, and -s is intentionally not passed (it would cause debug info stripping) or added by configure.
