I realise this thread is ancient, but I came across it whilst looking to understand which 12Cs have the connector, and I haven't seen in it the actual source of the 6-pin pogo connector.

It's more generally known as tag-connect and although they're not cheap, they're cheaper than Segger.

Not that these (and the segger one) have 3 tooling pins. These were the only location parts originally used by tag-connect but some versions later seem to have added latches to hold them in place. Their original intention was for production programming where the connection was quite brief : they've later been used for debug where it's convenient to clip them. HP seem to use the latches but not the location pins.

It's proably pretty easy nowadays to 3d-print a suitable block to hold generic pogo pins though the latches may be a bit too tiny for success.
