Hello,
apparently, this is in Hewlett-Packard Enterprise.. Calculators are in HP Inc... Which does not mean that cuts are not coming that way too.. When I joined HP in 98, we were in the 60K employees... Then they was the Agilent Split... Since then, it has been a continuous sting of high visibility layoffs (HP sheds 0% forkforce, HP sheds 20%...) BUT, HP, pre-split, is at > 400K employees now! I know that HP has gained a lot of employees through acquisitions, and this type of operations seems to be how HP gets rid of posts. Kind of a cleanup...
