I really hate it when people try to say that we should allow governments and others to SPY on us because we SHOUDN'T have anything to hide. PRIVACY is a RIGHT!!! It is essential for freedom to exist. Without it TYRANNY and massive state sponsored KILLING soon follow. History has dozens of examples.
