The calculator restarts repeatedly after the connection kit is connected to the calcu

The latest version of the connection kit:
HP_Prime_Connectivity_Kit_x64_20211001
calculator information:HP_PRIME
Software version:2.1.14588(2021 05 05)
hardware version:A
operating system:V0.0550.640

After the calculator is connected to the computer, the backup data fails. After canceling, click the information tree on the left side of the connection kit, and the calculator restarts repeatedly.

It is hoped that after backing up the data, update it to avoid data loss.
