You can get the other digits by subtracting 9 from your answer. For example, on the HP 10s I get 9.000000002124:

sin-1 cos-1 tan-1 tan cos sin 9 = --> 9.000000002

Ans-9 = --> 2.124x10^-09

Yes! great thinking and so simple. doing it I get 1.2467x10^-9
