Extended precision library

Hello,
It is simple PPL code.
Precision is chosen by the user but more than a hundred digits will be slow.
Transcendental functions have a precision problem (half the digits only will be correct usually), I hope to fix it, don't hesitate to post suggestions.
Ideas welcome !
