The 42S doesn't have any time features (apart from the HMS conversion functions), but Free42 and the DM42 have a clock and associated functions.

For TIs, you've got the 89 Titanium and Voyage 200, and certain models of the 84 Plus (including the most recent 84 Plus CE). All of these expose a timer with only 1-second resolution, though it might be possible to read millisecond precision via assembly.

None of the Casios have built in clock/timing features, though I think it can be done to some degree with the C SDK.

And of course the 48SX/GX have all the same clock features that are in the 50G.
