Two things come to mind:
1). Is this true when you swap paper rolls between the printers to rule out paper variability? 2) if I remember correctly there is a resistor that controls current to the print head. These can be changed to vary intensity. The 97, 95, 92 and 91 printers have the resistor and the portable infrared printers have a variable resistor selectable control. Geoff |
