pyILPER Version 1.3.4 released

Test machine MacBook Pro running OSX 10.11.6
Anaconda version is: conda 4.2.9
Python version is Python 3.5.2
Device used is /dev/tty.usbserial-FTFSPEHU
Pil-Box firmware version is: 2.1
pyILPER has been manually installed into /Users/sycote/Applications/pyilper-1.3.5.dev/

First test, the application refuse to start if the PIL-Box in plugged into a USB port
