Hello,
You need to install the x86 c++ redistributable (NOT the 64 bit one). The installer has that packaged within itself, but sometimes it thinks it is already installed and doesn't install it. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download...x?id=40784 vcredist_x86.exe is the name of the one you should download and install.
