If they came out with an enhanced version, maybe adding more memory or trig functions, that would be awfully nice. Just sticking a "35th AE" sticker on it would only make for another opportunity to pluck down a bunch of money and stick this on a shelf somewhere. HP's suppose to innovate not make collectables (and ink for their printers). Somewhere in HP's labs they're supposed to be building a whole new computer architecture using memrsitor technology. How about putting that in a calculator!

HP's innovation, of late, appears to be focused on defining the single most complex company split in history. Each side has to know exactly what not to do. Sigh...
