Also modified the respective IOP entries for F, t, and Φ this afternoon. Thank you for your head up. Anyway, however, those modifications will show up no earlier than with the second (revised) edition of the printed manual. Please be patient.

Perhaps you would consider an errata sheet for those of us that have recently purchased the current printed manual
