HP => Agilent => Keysight Technologies
The electronic test and measurement portion of Agilent Technologies will be spun off as Keysight Technologies effective later this year. The medical, analytic and other portions will remain under the Agilent name.
So - HP spun off Agilent who spun off Avago, Keysight, and portions to Philips, Marvell and others. And the one that is most directly related to Bill and Dave's efforts is going for its third name... |
