Why did he (exactly) copy another auction, including pictures and text? I asked him this question and didn't get an answer.

Please note that other auctions of this seller contain copied text/pictures, too. Here is an example:
Cannondale F29 Carbon 3 (from Mid December 2014)
Current Cannondale auction (same pictures, same text)

Although eBay is informed they didn't take any action. Well, money rules the world!

Hi Jurgen, maybe he's lazy or just he likes so much copy and paste activity.....

From Thursday to Saturday he made 23'500 EUR on eBay. Not bad for a lazy guy.
