I have sent the files to Eric as well and hope he will post them on his site for download. However, the HP Prime Connectivity Kit is the only official and supported method for upgrading the HP Prime firmware. We will make the files available for the users of this forum out of respect and good cooperation, but don't see this as a must from our side.

The ability to download the firmware and manually place it in the CK firmware directory has been essential since the CK does not always reliably detect new firmware and download it automatically.
