Sorry to hijack this topic, I found this estimation in czech written book (published in 1984)
log (x) = (z^2*a+b)*z z = (x-1)/(x+1) and limits for x are: for decadic logarithm the x must be between 0,316 and 3,162 for natural logharithm the x must be between 0,6065 and 1,649 the constants a and b: for log(x): a = 0,36415, b = 0,86304 for ln(x): a= 0,70225, b = 1,99938 |
