The HP Prime is a patchwork based on HP38/39 and mixed with the XCAS. This was the fastest and easiest way. The result is a "leightweight", controversial and inconsistent calculator.

If you want a serios and powerful calculator "IT TAKES SOME WORK". And this work has to be done by HP, Jason, Tim, Cyrille and Parisse. It's your decision!
