Yes, the state files can be opened by Emu48 on either Windows or Android. Libraries work just as on a real calculator.- just load them onto the stack and store in a port. If it's just one or two programs you can export them by clicking Edit...Save Object.
I know nothing about creating libraries so I will leave those questions for others. |
