Here some more data points

-pi /2 to pi/2:

8. Sage: acot(-1) = -1/4 PI
9. Matlab (as already mentioned in the thread)
10. NIST Handbook of Mathematical Functions, 2010, p 112, Fig. 4.15.4

0 to pi:

Grapher (Mac program)
