Updated torrent of hpcalc.org for 2020

I have updated the torrent of my hpcalc.org web site as I do every year, so it is now current as of January 1, 2020. The torrent has my entire web site, including old versions of every program (normally only visible to logged-in users).

Right now I am only seeding it on my very slow (5 Mbps, thank you Comcast) home Internet connection, but after a few people start seeding it it should download faster. Regardless, this is the only way I support downloading my entire site, because using a web scraper puts excess load on my server.
