HP41cx Survey Program

I need a little help. I'm still old school with my HP41CX. My batteries died over the long weekend and wiped out my programs for the survey pac. I know the chip is still there I can remember how to reprogram it. Is there a web site or a print out of how to reprogram/access all the survey functions?
