Ok, but in your example, if I understood correctly, I am technically loosing 2 pages (either AB or CD) that I could be used to hold some other ROM.
Since we are talking 41CL only stuff here, IMHO I think the idea of having multiple HRAM sets in 41CL RAM with 1 MMU mapped at the time in OS41 space is more resource efficient, offers more space and is more flexible.
