So what is the problem: the summation function \GS or the combination function COMB?

It is the summation, more specifically, the term 1/12*(-55*9^11)

55*9^11 = 1 725958 278495 --> rounding-up --> 1 725958 278500

Introduced constant term error = -5/12 ~ -0.41667
