You just want to recreate to 1980’s don’t cha
 Is it loud then ? Or just background ? I can see some benefit if it’s background cos at least you’d know you’re playing a part of the tape with data of some sort. I will open my machine again tonight potentially and I’ll take some pertinent disassembly photos, and post them up. Then you’ll be able to move it to the correct position. I wonder if there is complete continuity between the pads on the pcb (where present) and the relevant pins on the interface header.....? |
