The "Utilities" add-in by Gabriel (gbl08ma) for the Casio PRIZM fx-CG10/CG20 and fx-CG50/Graph 90+E can have up to 20 up or down timers running at once. They can be paused and unpaused, but there is no split-time feature, currently. Also, the whole utilities add-in is standalone. I don't think its various features can be driven by other programs.
