Update of Emu48 to v1.56
Emu48 v1.56 is available at http://hp.giesselink.com.
This is the classic version of Emu48 and does not contain the HP50G simulation code (Apple series).

This is a maintenance update. A complete list of bugfixes and changes is available here.
